Some Sources of Sexism: culture and words

Because the idea of dominance is so intertwined with sex, most people don't realize that they are adding an extra element. In culture, sex and social dominance are synonymous, and this is because culture is dominance based and stratified along gender lines....

"Dominance" and "submission" is a male-centric way of thinking about something natural. A woman centered culture does not feel the need to make anyone the head of anything, though they might be physically on top of something for even the better part of an hour. A balanced existence doesn't create value on a scale, and no judgment needs to be created based on whether something rests atop something, goes within something, or has a broader musculature.
